Mole?

So this picture is kind of creepy but I wanted to share it anyways. I'm not sure what this little guy is. A mole maybe? Do you know???

I let my dog outside the other day and she managed to find this little guy. Unfortunately my dog squished it a bit and he died. Kind of sad I guess...

    It likes like a little vole...Don't ask me why I might know that. A mole is slightly bigger.
